Last Updated: 16 July 2026

Welcome to the website, mobile application, online SAT practice tests, AI U.S. college admissions advisor, college planning tools, essay guidance tools, test analytics, digital content, membership plans, subscription services, and related services provided by Pano Education (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for, logging into, purchasing, subscribing to, browsing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any other rules or notices that we may publish from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register for, purchase, subscribe to, access, or use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you purchase or use the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you are otherwise legally authorized to do so.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service primarily provides online SAT practice tests, practice questions, test explanations, score analysis, an AI U.S. college admissions advisor, college planning, school selection suggestions, application strategy, essay direction, writing feedback, study recommendations, test reports, and other education technology tools.

You understand and agree that the Service is an educational, learning, test preparation, and college planning support tool only. It does not constitute an official examination, an official score, formal college counseling, legal advice, mental health counseling, medical advice, financial advice, immigration or visa advice, an official statement by any school, or any professional commitment.

The Service does not guarantee that any user will achieve any particular SAT score, official test result, college admission result, scholarship, interview opportunity, visa, enrollment eligibility, essay outcome, or other admissions-related outcome.

2. Unofficial SAT and Third-Party Notice

Any SAT practice tests, practice questions, score estimates, explanations, analyses, or recommendations provided through the Service are for learning and test preparation purposes only. They are not official SAT exams, official questions, official scores, or official score predictions.

SAT, College Board, ACT, AP, Common App, names of U.S. colleges and universities, and other third-party names, logos, or trademarks may be owned by their respective rights holders. We use those names only to describe education, testing, or application-related content.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Pano Education is not affiliated with, authorized by, acting as an agent of, partnered with, endorsed by, or guaranteed by College Board, ACT, Inc., Common App, any U.S. college or university, testing organization, admissions office, government agency, or third-party organization.

3. AI Advisor Disclaimer

The AI advisor features of the Service generate content based on user inputs, publicly available information, model inference, and educational frameworks designed by us. AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, based on a misunderstanding of the user's background, unable to reflect the latest admissions policies, or unsuitable for a particular individual situation.

You understand and agree that:

  1. AI-generated content is for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for any decision.
  2. The AI advisor is not a formal college counselor, legal advisor, mental health counselor, financial advisor, school official, or admissions guarantor.
  3. Users are responsible for deciding whether AI suggestions are appropriate for their own circumstances.
  4. Important decisions about admissions, testing, applications, school selection, essays, activities, finances, or immigration matters should be confirmed by the user, parents, school counselors, qualified advisors, or other appropriate professionals.
  5. We are not responsible for any application result, test result, essay quality, learning outcome, or other consequence of a decision made in reliance on AI responses that are incorrect, incomplete, inapplicable, delayed, biased, or different from expectations.
  6. Users may not require us to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability, or results of AI-generated content.

4. Test Scores and Admissions Outcomes Disclaimer

Practice test scores, estimated scores, percentiles, skill analyses, weakness diagnostics, study recommendations, school selection suggestions, application strategies, and essay feedback provided by the Service are system estimates or AI-generated results and are for reference only.

We do not guarantee that:

  1. The difficulty of any practice test will match the official SAT exactly.
  2. Any practice test score will be the same as, or close to, an official test score.
  3. A user's official test score will improve.
  4. Any question, answer, explanation, analysis, or recommendation will be completely accurate.
  5. A user will be admitted to any specific school.
  6. A user will receive any scholarship, financial aid, interview opportunity, visa, or enrollment eligibility.
  7. Essay suggestions will be accepted or favored by any school or will increase the chance of admission.

U.S. college admissions outcomes depend on many factors, including academic performance, course rigor, test scores, activities, essays, recommendations, the competitiveness of the application cycle, school policies, institutional priorities, citizenship or residency status, financial circumstances, and other factors outside our control. The Service must not be understood as a guarantee of admission, scholarships, visas, or any other educational outcome.

5. Eligibility and Minors

The Service is primarily intended for high school students, parents, and users preparing to apply to U.S. colleges and universities.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you purchase or use the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you are otherwise legally authorized to do so.

If a user is under 13 years old, the user may not register for, purchase, or use the Service unless we have provided and completed a parental consent process that satisfies applicable legal requirements.

If the user is located in the United States, or if the Service involves personal information from children under 13 in the United States, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) may apply. COPPA may require parental notice, verifiable parental consent, mechanisms for parental access and deletion, and reasonable data security measures.

We may require users to provide confirmation of age, identity, or parental or guardian consent. If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user does not meet applicable age or consent requirements, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate the account and delete or restrict related data as required or permitted by applicable law.

6. Accounts and Security

Users must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current registration, payment, and usage information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, verification information, and login devices, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

Without our prior written consent, users may not:

  1. Share an account with another person.
  2. Sell, transfer, rent, or lend an account.
  3. Allow any unauthorized third party to use purchased tests, question banks, AI advisor credits, reports, or other digital content.
  4. Circumvent payment mechanisms, usage limits, security measures, or technical restrictions.
  5. Register, pay, request a refund, or use the Service with false information.

If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for losses caused by a user's failure to safeguard an account.

7. Payments, Digital Products, and No-Refund Policy

Online SAT practice tests, question banks, test explanations, AI advisor responses, college planning recommendations, essay suggestions, test reports, membership access, subscription plans, and other online content provided through the Service are digital content, online services, or education technology products delivered electronically or made available immediately.

You understand and agree that once these products are purchased, activated, accessed, started, viewed, used with the AI advisor, generated, reported, consumed as credits, or made available through platform access, they are immediately delivered, cannot be physically returned, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be restored to their original unused state, and may be saved or consumed by the user.

Therefore, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by non-waivable applicable law, all completed payments for digital products, online services, AI credits, practice test access, subscription fees, report fees, question bank fees, or other service fees are non-cancelable, non-returnable, non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not exchangeable for other services.

Users may not request a refund based on:

  1. Personal reasons, schedule changes, or lack of time.
  2. Test cancellation, test date changes, or a decision not to apply to U.S. colleges.
  3. Dissatisfaction with AI advice, test scores, report content, or essay feedback.
  4. Unused, forgotten, expired, or partially used access, or outcomes that do not meet personal expectations.
  5. Parental disagreement, duplicate purchases, misunderstanding of product content, or mistaken purchases.
  6. Lack of improvement in an official test score, an unfavorable application result, or failure to gain admission to a particular school.
  7. Problems with the user's device, internet connection, browser, operating system, or a third-party platform.
  8. Suspension or termination of an account due to the user's violation of these Terms.

If applicable law imposes a mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer protection requirement, that requirement will apply. To the fullest extent permitted by law, however, we may refuse refunds for digital content and online services that have been activated, accessed, used, started, viewed, generated, consumed, or begun to be performed.

8. Apple App Store, Google Play, and Third-Party Platform Payment Rules

If a user purchases the Service through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, payment, billing, invoicing, subscription cancellation, refund requests, refund review, and refund results may be governed by that third-party platform's terms, policies, and final decisions.

You understand and agree that if a purchase is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests generally must be submitted directly to that platform. We cannot guarantee, control, or override refund decisions made by Apple, Google, or any other third-party platform.

If a third-party platform approves a refund, denies a refund, reverses a payment, or adjusts a transaction, we may adjust the user's account permissions, subscription status, Service access, AI credits, test access, or rights to other digital content according to the platform's action.

If a third-party platform's refund policy differs from our refund policy, the third-party platform's rules and final handling will control for transactions processed by that platform. Users must still comply with these Terms regarding accounts, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, AI disclaimers, outcome disclaimers, and other use restrictions.

9. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

If the Service offers subscription plans, users agree to pay the fees shown on the purchase page according to the displayed price, billing cycle, feature scope, and payment method.

Unless a user cancels the subscription before the next billing date by the method specified by us or by the applicable third-party platform, the subscription may renew automatically. After cancellation, the user may continue to use the applicable Service during the paid period, but paid periods are not prorated or refunded unless required by non-waivable applicable law.

If a user subscribes through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, subscription cancellation, renewal, refunds, and billing management must be handled according to that platform’s rules.

10. Consumer Law Notice

Digital content, online tests, AI advisor responses, instantly generated digital reports, online question banks, subscription access, and other content not provided on a physical medium may be treated differently from physical goods under consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, however, users agree that we may refuse refunds for digital content and online services that have been activated, accessed, used, generated, consumed, or begun to be performed.

11. User Inputs and Content

Users may submit personal background information, grades, activities, essay drafts, school lists, family information, or other information through the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide that information, and that the information does not infringe the rights of others, violate the law, or contain improper or unlawful content.

You authorize us to use, process, store, and analyze the content you provide to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, improve, analyze, debug, secure, and develop the Service. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

You should not submit highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information, including passport numbers, government identification numbers, complete financial account information, medical records, precise home addresses, or other information not necessary for the Service.

12. Academic Integrity

The Service may provide essay direction, revision suggestions, structure feedback, language polishing, or sample explanations. Users remain responsible for ensuring that any final content submitted to a school, testing organization, or third party complies with applicable academic integrity rules.

Users may not use the Service to:

  1. Have work written for them, submit work under false authorship, or deceive a school.
  2. Plagiarize, cheat, or evade school rules.
  3. Fabricate activities, grades, awards, recommendations, or application materials.
  4. Create false experiences or mislead admissions offices.
  5. Violate the rules of any school, testing organization, application system, or third-party platform.

Users are solely responsible for all consequences arising from violations of academic integrity rules, school rules, testing organization rules, or third-party rules.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  1. Use the Service in any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized manner.
  2. Attack, interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or hack the Service.
  3. Take mass screenshots, record, download, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, or transfer question banks, explanations, AI responses, reports, or platform content.
  4. Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or crawlers to access the Service.
  5. Attempt to obtain another person's account, data, or non-public content.
  6. Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content.
  7. Infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party.
  8. Use the Service for competitive analysis, to build a similar product, to train another AI model, or for commercial resale.
  9. Conduct stress testing, security testing, or vulnerability probing without our written consent.
  10. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
  11. Use the Service in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, materials, questions, explanations, reports, designs, software, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, data structures, AI prompts, workflows, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, display, publish, sell, rent, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

Subject to these Terms, we grant users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal educational and test preparation purposes.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s account or access to the Service if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, created security or legal risk, submitted false information, misused refunds, infringed rights, or used the Service in a manner that may harm us, other users, or third parties.

Upon suspension or termination, the user's right to access the Service, digital content, AI credits, reports, or subscriptions may be limited or ended. To the fullest extent permitted by law, suspension or termination caused by a user's violation of these Terms does not entitle the user to any refund.

16. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Service, including features, content, question banks, AI models, reports, pricing, subscriptions, and access rules.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. The Service may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, platform review, third-party services, cloud providers, AI model providers, payment processors, app stores, or events outside our control.

17. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, application systems, payment processors, app stores, AI model providers, cloud services, analytics tools, schools, or other external services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, including their content, availability, data processing, payment handling, refund decisions, or security practices.

18. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Service, AI responses, test scores, reports, explanations, recommendations, or other content will be accurate, complete, current, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular user or purpose.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pano Education, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, admissions outcomes, test outcomes, scholarship outcomes, visa outcomes, academic consequences, or other similar losses arising from or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount the user paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the Service or provided by another reasonable method. If a material change affects users’ primary rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice.

A user's continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means the user accepts the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms should be completed with the governing law, venue, and dispute resolution provisions appropriate for Pano Education's legal entity, operating location, and intended U.S. launch plan.

[Insert governing law, venue, arbitration, class action waiver, small claims, and opt-out language after review by qualified counsel.]
